Hobo’s opened in 2015 on Main Street in Fort Mill, inspired by the history of the nearby rail line that still runs through town. The name reflects that local story, while the space itself is designed to feel warm and welcoming. From the patio to the dining room, guests enjoy a lively atmosphere tied to the area’s past. Reclaimed wood booths, handcrafted details, and thoughtful design touches create a place that feels real, comfortable, and rooted in the community.

Though new to Fort Mill at the start, the team was never new to the work. The owner, chef, and staff brought years of experience from local restaurants and bars. That shared background shaped a simple mission: serve fresh food made to order and treat guests with care. Burgers are ground fresh daily, the menu stays focused, and service matters from the first hello to the last goodbye, whether dining in or ordering out.

Strong local support led to a second location in Rock Hill, located inside a restored 1940s Coca-Cola bottling building. Original brick and wood were preserved to honor the building’s history. Both locations are designed to feel comfortable and welcoming for families, couples, and visitors alike. Live music, special events, and everyday meals all share the same goal—giving the community a place that feels familiar and worth coming back to.
